Oh no, your fingers are blue!
But that’s all right,
Because the eggs are too.
Easter Bunny running,
Hop, and hop, and hop,
Giving little children
Candies, carrots, lollipops.
Waiting for the morning,
To search for eggs.
Yay if you find one,
Hear the dog beg,
‘Specially for dinner,
Roast beef and more!
Easter, I have decided,
Is never a bore.
